SUHO is a company founded by Jim, who combines his interests in sustainability and experience in construction. Growing up on a farm on the Fleurieu Peninsula, Jim's father is a builder and his mother an environmentalist, which influenced his understanding of the impact of the built environment on the planet.
While studying physics at university and working on construction sites, he realised the importance of building energy efficiency as a low-hanging fruit of climate action. SUHO aims to improve building performance by understanding the physics of heat movement in buildings, and overcoming resistance to change in the construction industry. Jim is passionate about connecting with others who share his interest in sustainability and energy efficiency.
