What information is needed to get started?
Typically, we require the site plan, floor plan, elevations, and electrical drawings as a general rule. However, for commercial projects, more in-depth electrical drawings may be necessary. If you're unsure about what specific information is required, please feel free to contact us for further clarification.
What is the turnaround time for a report?
Our turnaround time starts at 7-10 working days, depending on the size and complexity of the project. However, this may vary depending on the specific project requirements. We aim to provide a realistic and transparent estimate of the turnaround time during the initial consultation.
What are your prices?
Our prices are dependent on the size and complexity of the project. We provide a bespoke pricing structure tailored to each project's unique needs. During the initial consultation, we will provide a transparent breakdown of the costs involved in the project.
What are your turnaround for quotes?
We aim to provide quotes within 2-3 working days of the initial consultation. However, for larger and more complex projects, this may take longer.
When is the best time to start the process of an assessment?
The earlier, the better. We recommend starting the assessment process as soon as possible, preferably during the preliminary design phase. This allows us to work closely with the design team to ensure that sustainability is integrated into the project from the outset. However, we can also work with completed drawings and provide recommendations for retrofits and upgrades.
